Unlike most beauty wholesale companies, which require the buyer to purchase large quantities or a significant dollar amount, Itsmyskin has a minimum purchase amount of only US$250 (excluding shipping) per order. Most of our products can be purchased without a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), though some selected items have a MOQ dictated by the suppliers or brands. If you have any questions about MOQ, you can contact us thru CHAT or EMAIL on our website.

We believe in making premium skincare accessible to everyone, bridging the gap between Korean innovation and global beauty lovers.
We offer volume discounts to Itsmyskin members. When you purchase given quantities of a product, you are eligible for lower prices. Products on our website feature three prices and the corresponding quantities you need to purchase to receive each price.
Please note that we may not be able to provide a volume discount for some brands or products.
- It is an Itsmyskin customer’s responsibility to confirm the eligibility of products intended for sale on Amazon websites before they place orders for those products from Itsmyskin . As stated in our Terms and Conditions, requests for refund or cancellation will not be accepted after orders are placed.
- Certain brands and products are not allowed to be sold or resold on Amazon websites.
- Some brands and products cannot be sold or resold below certain prices due to price restriction (MAP/MSRP) requirements.
- Selling restrictions on Amazon websites are noted on the Itsmyskin website’s product pages under "IMPORTANT SHOPPING NOTES." Please follow these notes when planning your purchases.
- Itsmyskin customers will be asked to acknowledge and agree with any terms and conditions, including restrictions related to pricing and Amazon sale, during the checkout process. Please ensure that you understand and comply with these restrictions before confirming your Itsmyskin purchase.
If an Itsmyskin customer violates any terms and conditions related to pricing or selling, Itsmyskin reserves the right to stop selling to the customer and discontinue the customer’s account.
RETURN POLICIES
We only accept defective returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days from the day you receive the order, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
For defective returns, we will only provide replacements for the same items. If a replacement item is out of stock, the item's value will be refunded in your original payment method.
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email or chat with our Customer Service Department:
- Your order number
- Product name and itsmyskin.us Catalog Number of the item you wish to return
- Supporting details of the defective return

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. itsmyskin.us reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
